USUAL DOSAGE:

-Take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
-Take 4 to 6 capsules three times daily, on an empty stomach with a glass of warm water for maximum effectiveness.
-For prevention, take 3 capsules three times daily at the beginning of allergy season.

CAUTIONS:
